I had a pleasant stay in a family room, especially enjoying the friendly staff and the clean facilities. The rooftop bar had an entertaining band and offered excellent food and drinks, which created a cozy atmosphere at night. One downside was that the TV remote didn't work properly despite attempts to fix it, but the overall experience was enjoyable.

Staff are genuinely friendly and attentive, making requests feel seamless. The restaurant's authentic Filipino dishes are impressive, with craveable salads adding to the highlight of dining here. However, the absence of an ironing board was inconvenient, and while the hotel is clean and well-kept, it could benefit from a broader menu choice in the Cafe.

Not what I expected

The staff weren't great, often rude and gossiping. My room was a decent size, but I could hear the party on the roof until 3 AM. Also, there were a few cockroaches. The restaurant was alright, though. The noise level was a real bummer, made it hard to sleep.
